We made sure that customers shopping in our stores feel comfortable, but also safe. That is why we keep the following safety measures to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and employees:

 

Sanitary precautions

 

We disinfect our products, card readers, counters and other areas regularly. Our employees wear masks, visors and disposable gloves. We kindly ask you to visit our stores wearing a mask covering your mouth and nose as well as gloves. We encourage you to use hand sanitizers available at all our points of sale.

 

IQOS Boutiques

 

In accordance with available guidelines and latest health orders we have introduced limited occupancy in our stores. We kindly ask you to comply with social distancing practices and maintain a 2 meter distance from others.

 

IQOS Corners

 

Please bear in mind that only one customer at a time may be present at our stands. We kindly ask you to keep a 2 meter distance while standing in a queue line. Plexiglass dividers have been installed at registers to create separation between staff and customers.
