What do status lights on your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Holder mean?

Here’s a short guide that will help you understand the meaning of status lights on your Holder:

1. Pulsing white lights: 
   Check whether your device is within the operating temperature range. It is possible that cooling down or warming up your IQOS in your hands might be enough to solve the issue.
2. Solid white lights after a short press of the Holder button:  
   These lights indicate the charge status of your device.
   A) 2 glowing lights – your Holder is ready for 2 uses.
   B) 1 light — your Holder is ready for a single use.
3. Flashing red light:  
   A) Your device may require a reset. Make sure that the Holder is placed inside the Pocket Charger. Then hold the Pocket Charger button for 10 seconds. Details on how to reset your device can be found here.
   B) Your heating blade may be broken. Check whether your heating blade has been damaged and if so use our device diagnostic tool.

Here’s a short guide that will help you understand the meaning of status lights on your Pocket Charger:

1. Round lights pulsing white: 
   This means that your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO is charging.
2. Round lights glowing with a solid white light after a short press of the Pocket Charger button:
   These lights indicate the battery level of your Holder:
   A) 2 lights – 2 consecutive uses available, 
   B) 1 light – single use available.
3. Round light flashing red: 
   It is possible that the Holder is not charging properly inside the Pocket Charger. You can learn more about what the red light means here.
4. Strip light flashing red: 
   Your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO device needs to be charged or reset. You can learn more about what the red light means here.
5. Strip lights glowing solid white after a short press of the Pocket Charger button: 
   These lights indicate the charge status of your Pocket Charger:
   A) 4 strip lights glowing white – the Pocket Charger is more than 75% charged,
   B) 3 strip lights glowing white – the Pocket Charger is 50% - 75% charged,
   C) 2 strip lights glowing white – the Pocket Charger is 25% - 50% charged, > 1 strip light glowing white – the Pocket Charger is less than 25% charged.
