How to properly clean your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO device?

Clean your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO regularly to ensure that tobacco always tastes fresh.

How to do it properly?

Follow the tips presented below:

1. Clean your device using the IQOS cleaning tool after every 20 uses of HEETS tobacco sticks. This will allow you to ensure that your device is working correctly.
2. Are you having issues with removing HEETS tobacco sticks? Remove tobacco residue from the Holder.
3. Make sure to clean the contact points between the Holder and the Pocket Charger. This will ensure the optimal charging of your Holder.
4. Plug the Pocket Charger into a power outlet using the official IQOS power adaptor and charging cable.

Did you know that IQOS ORIGINALS DUO has an automatic self-cleaning function? 

It is triggered automatically when the Holder is placed inside the Pocket Charger. Remember: always close the Pocket Charger lid while the Holder is inside. Otherwise, the self-cleaning function may not be activated.

7 simple steps to follow to properly clean your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Holder 

1. Make sure that your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Holder has cooled down after last use (wait at least 30 seconds).
2. Remove the cap and gently tap your finger on the Holder to remove any tobacco residue.
3. Open the compartment with the rotating cleaning tool and insert into the Holder without rotating it. Then rotate it gently 3 times. Carefully remove the tool without rotating it. Gently shake the Holder to remove any remaining tobacco residue.
4. Open the compartment with the heating blade cleaning tool and fit it along the heating blade. Insert it into the Holder without rotating and move it from left to right to remove any residue along the blade. Then once again shake the Holder.
5. Use cleaning sticks to clean the inside of the Holder. Carefully clean the heating blade. Do not forget to clean inside the cap from both sides.
6. Clean your IQOS after each consumed pack of HEETS tobacco sticks.
7. Done! Regularly cleaning your device will allow you to ensure that heated tobacco always tastes fresh.
