What is IQOS ORIGINALS DUO firmware?

Like many other electronic devices, IQOS ORIGINALS DUO also has its own firmware.

This firmware must be updated regularly for the device to work properly.

It may have a positive impact on battery life and the Holder, while also ensuring optimal operation of your IQOS ORIGINALS

How to update IQOS ORIGINALS DUO firmware

We will tell you how to update the firmware of your device step by step.

It can be done using 3 different methods:

1. via a USB cable,
2. via a computer application,
3. by connecting an Android device via a USB cable.

Follow these steps:

1. Download the IQOS app 
   Select the type of application: Android, Windows, Mac or online application and download it. Please note that you need the Google Chrome browser to use the IQOS App. If you want to use the app on your iPhone, please download the Bluefy Browser from the App Store. 
    
2. Log in to the application 
   Use the same login details as when logging in to IQOS.com.
3. Connect the device to the application
   You can do that via Bluetooth (in the case of Android and online applications) or via a USB cable (Windows or Mac devices).
    
4. Select the IQOS you want to update
   You have several devices? Go to the Devices tab and select device you want to update. 
    
5. Update: go!
   Click Device Settings.
   Select the My Device tile and start IQOS update.
   Done! 

Please note that during the firmware update you will be asked to disconnect and reconnect your IQOS ILUMA ORIGINALS DUO several times. This is normal during that process. Follow the instructions to successfully perform the update.
