What to do when the light on your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Holder or Pocket Charger is glowing red?
Red light on IQOS ORIGINALS DUO – what does it mean?
This may mean one of two things:
- A broken heating blade in your Holder.
Make sure to check the blade. If your heating blade has really been damaged, launch the self-diagnostic tool. There we will be able to tell you what you should do next. - Holder is not fully charged.
Always use the official power adaptor and charging cable only. Regularly clean the contact points between the Holder and the Pocket Charger. Are you not sure whether you are charging your device properly? Learn more about our guidelines on how to charge your device. - Your IQOS device needs to be reset.
Make sure that the Holder is placed inside the Pocket Charger. Then hold the Pocket Charger button for 10 seconds. Do you require additional assistance? You can find information on how to reset your device here.
