How to charge your IQOS ILUMA PRIME device? 

Ensure the optimal charging of your device 

Remember to regularly charge your device to never miss an experience.

1. Ensure the optimal charging of your IQOS
   Always use the official power adaptor and charging cable provided with your device for that purpose. Unofficial accessories may interrupt the charging process. Avoid charging the device with a laptop. This may also negatively impact the charging process.
2. Once your experience ends, place the Holder back in the Pocket Charger.
   Make sure that there is no residue in the Pocket Charger, such as dust or other residuals, and remove it if necessary. It may block the connection between the contact points of the Holder and the Pocket Charger.
3. Plug the Pocket Charger into a power outlet
   Status lights on the Pocket Charger will start pulsing when the device is charging. Remember that if the Pocket Charger’s battery is completely discharged, it may take even up to 15 minutes before the light starts glowing.
4. Make sure that the Pocket Charger is fully charged
   It takes 1 hour and 35 minutes to fully charge your device.

How to check the charge status of IQOS ILUMA PRIME? 

You can do that by briefly holding and releasing the power button on your Pocket Charger.

See how to read the battery charge level. If:

1. 4 strip lights are glowing solid white – your IQOS is fully charged.
2. 3 strip lights are glowing solid white – your device is 50% - 75% charged.
3. 2 strip lights are glowing solid white – your IQOS is 25% - 50% charged.
4. 1 strip light is glowing solid white– the battery charge level of your device dropped below 25%.
5. Did the light start flashing yellow? 
   Your IQOS needs to be charged again.
