Payment methods and use of codes and vouchers

IQOS online store – payments.
Basic information 

In order to fully enjoy products available on IQOS.com and be able to place an order, you must be a registered user.

2. You already have an IQOS account?
   Log in and finalise your purchase.

How can I make the payment? 

We will guide you through this process step by step:

1. Select the product that interests you and add it to the shopping cart. 
2. Log in to your account. Go to the shopping cart. Check the order summary. Do you have a discount code? This is where you can enter that code.
3. Click “Proceed to Payment”. Check the summary of information about delivery presented on each screen. 
4. Enter you shipping address where the parcel is to be delivered.
5. Proceed to select payment method.
6. Select the most suitable option and proceeds according to instructions presented on the screen.

When making payment in our online store, you can choose from the following payment methods:

• BLIK
• Payment card
• Przelewy24
• Deferred payment (Klarna) 
• Cash on delivery

Do you have a code or voucher?

See how you can purchase a product with a discount

1. Do you have all the selected products added to your shopping cart? Log in to your account and follow the order process.
2. In your shopping cart, in the order summary section, at the bottom of the page, there is a field where you can enter a code.
3. Enter a code in the appropriate field and click “Add code”.
4. The system will verify it immediately and you will receive information whether:
   a) the code was entered correctly,
   b) the entered code is valid. 
5. Do you want to remove an entered code?
   Click “remove” on the order summary page. Do that before making the payment.

Discount codes and vouchers 

Check our discount code redemption rules

1. Discounts may be redeemed by logged-in users only. 
   You do not yet have an account? Start by creating the account. 
2. One code – one discount.
   Coupons/ codes/ vouchers cannot be combined with each other.
3. Discount codes for IQOS devices need to be redeemed within a limited period of time. 
4. Your choice
   A discount code may be redeemed for a single product from the shopping cart.
