lil SOLID Ez, which was purchased in Poland, is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Detailed terms of its validity can be found in the Warranty Card attached to the product.
To make a complaint, visit one of our stationary points or contact the Customer Service Center in a convenient way. All options for contacting us can be found in the Contact tab at the bottom of the page. We are at your disposal 7 days a week from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m. The cost of the call is compatible with your operator’s rate. -
