The IQOS ILUMA Holder is part of our SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEMTM which is bladeless. Because the tobacco isn't pierced, the device stays clean.
2. TEREA Stick
TEREA sticks are made only for IQOS ILUMA and contain the high quality tobacco. There's a metal element inside them, which heats the tobacco through induction.
3. IQOS ILUMA Pocket Charger
The IQOS ILUMA Pocket Charger has a familiar, ergonomic design. It will power the Holder 20 times, subject to battery degradation and use over time.

IQOS ILUMA, which was purchased in Poland, is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Detailed terms of its validity can be found in the Warranty Card attached to the product. In addition, you are entitled to rights under generally applicable law, see here for more details. To make a complaint, visit one of our stationary points or contact the Customer Service Center in a convenient way.
