How does the deferred payment method with PayPo.pl work?
Deferred payment with PayPo.pl is an innovative method of deferring payments for your purchases by 30 days. You can buy a product in our shop without involving your own resources and repay the amounts due to PayPo.pl at no extra cost in 30 days following the transaction. After that period, the system breaks down the payment into 4 installments.
I choose PayPo.pl deferred payment - what’s next?
When you checkout in the payment tab, select “online payment”, then Przelewy 24 (our online payments operator). There is a checkbox with PayPo.pl in the bank selection and payment method selection panel.
After selecting the method PayPo.pl, a 2-stage transaction system is launched. In the first step of the transaction, you enter your PESEL number to let PayPo.pl confirm your identity (only in case of the first transaction – in the next one, you only need to log in). In the second step of the transaction, you enter the text message code confirming the transaction.
PayPo.pl presents the credit decision in a few seconds. The whole process is carried out online.
If the decision is positive, you receive an e-mail with transaction confirmation and its summary. Additionally, you receive a text message with the temporary password to your PayPo Customer Panel.
In case of negative verification, PayPo.pl provides information about the reason for rejection, it also informs that the customer has the right to reassessment by the financial risk analysis department of PayPo.pl if the customer does not agree with the decision.
What can I do if the phone number to which the text messages were sent is no longer valid?
If your telephone number has changed in the meantime, please contact PayPo. Returning customers can also edit the phone number in the Customer Panel in the tab “my details”.

Do I have to log in to the Customer Panel?
Logging in to the Customer Panel is not obligatory. The Customer Panel provides all the detailed information about the transaction:
What is purchase limit and does it impact my creditworthiness?
The purchase limit is a contractual limit granted by PayPo.pl to the Customer at a given time. It has no impact on your creditworthiness.
Is this method really free of charge?
The customer incurs no costs for the deferment of payment by 30 days in PayPo. The customer only pays the actual value of ordered goods.
I forgot my password to the Customer Panel.What can I do?
A customer who has forgotten the password may use the password reminder option available on PayPo.pl website in the top right corner after selecting the option “log in”.
On the login page, there is the “I forgot my password” option available under the password field. A password reset link will be sent by e-mail. Enter the new password and repeat it.
What account number can I make the payment to?
The account number is presented in the Customer Panel when you select the option “Pay” in the transaction list.
You can also find it in the e-mail confirmation after the transaction.
Moreover, the account number is provided in e-mail notifications on repayment dates.
Each customer has his or her individual PayPo.pl account - you can be sure that your payment is credited correctly.
What happens if I return the device?
If the customer returns the device in 30 days, the transaction is closed automatically.
What happens in the case of return of selected products only?
The amount of your order is updated. The customer only repays the remaining part of the order.
What will happen if I don't pay in 30 days?
After 30 days, the price of order is automatically broken down into 4 installments. You can pay the installment due or the whole price at any time.
