HEETS tobacco sticks – what issues may arise?

Are you noticing that a lower volume of tobacco vapour is being produced by your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO?

This may be caused by the accumulation of tobacco residue or dust around your heating blade. Your device may require cleaning. How to do that? Follow these instructions:

1. Make sure to clean your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO after the heating blade has cooled down (at least 30 seconds after last use).
2. Use only the official IQOS cleaning tool and cleaning sticks.
3. Be careful and clean the heating blade gently.
4. Which components require cleaning? Holder cap and connectors between the Holder and the Pocket Charger.
5. Clean your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO after each consumed pack of HEETS tobacco sticks to ensure that tobacco always tastes fresh.
6. We recommend replacing the Holder cap every 6 months
