How to start your experience with IQOS ORIGINALS DUO?

You want to start using your new device? Follow our short and simple step by step guide:

1. Remove the Holder from the Pocket Charger.
2. Gently insert HEETS tobacco sticks into the Holder, with the tobacco side down, up to the silver line.
3. Start your experience
   • Press and hold the Holder button.
   • The device will start vibrating and status lights will begin slowly pulsing to inform you that the Holder is ready for use.
   • Did you feel two vibrations and is the status light on the Holder button glowing with a solid light? You can start your experience.
4. Duration of your experience
   Two vibrations mean that there are 30 seconds or 2 puffs remaining until the experience ends.
5. What to do after the experience is finished? 
   Always slide the cap up first before removing the stick. After the light stops glowing, slide it up and remove the used tobacco stick. Slide it down again to move it back into its place.
6. Next use
   Press the button on the Holder and check battery status.
   • One glowing status light means that can use it one more time.
   • No lights means that the Holder needs to be charged.

Check what the vibrations of your device mean during different stages of its use:

1. During preheating:
   It means that you want to start an experience. IQOS ORIGINALS DUO starts vibrating when you press the Holder button for the first time.
2. When the device is ready:
   These vibrations mean that preheating is finished, you can insert a HEETS stick and enjoy the heated tobacco experience.
3. During the experience countdown: 
   These vibrations mean that you have 30 seconds or 2 more puffs remaining before your experience ends.
