Lower vapour volume and difficulties with inserting the stick

Have you noticed that your IQOS ILUMA is producing less vapour or the TEREA stick does not fit your device? 
Follow these instructions:

1. Make sure the TEREA stick wasn't accidentally used twice. Check whether the issue applies to a single TEREA stick only. Cases of TEREA sticks not fitting can happen on rare occasions and are almost never caused by a faulty device.
2. Check whether the TEREA stick has been inserted correctly, in line with the instruction manual.
3. Make sure not to store TEREA packs in an environment that is not too humid or too dry. It can affect vapour quality.
