IQOS ILUMA ONE IS NOT WORKING

What to do when your IQOS ILUMA ONE is not working as intended?

LED lights on your IQOS ILUMA ONE are not lighting up? Your device may simply be turned off or its battery may be discharged.

What can I do? 
Follow the tips presented below:

  1. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 4 seconds to your device ON again.
  2. Check the charging cable port in your device. If there is any blockage, remove the blockage. You can do this by gently blowing on the charging port from a distance.
  3. Charge your device. 
    Connect your IQOS to a power outlet using the official power adaptor and charging cable provided with the device. Status lights will start pulsing when the device is being charged. Remember that if the device’s battery is completely discharged, it may take up to 20 minutes before the light fades in.
  4. RESET your device.
    Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until all status lights fade out. The RESET will be confirmed when all the lights briefly blink white.
