First steps with your IQOS ILUMA ONE

What will you find in the box with your IQOS ILUMA ONE?

1. IQOS ILUMA ONE device
   It consists of the following components:

   • A cap placed on top of the device
     This is where TEREA sticks should be inserted. Slide to open it and start your experience.
   • An ON/OFF button
     It is located on the front side of the device, it features four LEDs that will help you keep track of the overall status of your device, the number of available uses and the battery level.
   • A charging port at the bottom of the device

   Before first use, please remember to fully charge your battery.

IQOS ILUMA ONE – first steps

How to start using your IQOS ILUMA ONE? Here are a few steps that you should follow first:

1. Turn on the device
   Turn on your IQOS ILUMA ONE by pressing the power button and holding it for 4 seconds. 
   Release the button and the status lights will slowly turn on. This means that your IQOS ILUMA ONE is ready to be used. 
   Please note: if you do not release the button at an appropriate time, the device will reset. You can also turn off the device in the same way.
2. Charge the Holder
   Fully charge your IQOS ILUMA ONE until 4 solid white lights next to the ON/OFF button.

Here is some information worth knowing about charging your IQOS ILUMA ONE before its first use

You already know basic information about all of your IQOS ILUMA ONE components? Now is the time to fully charge the battery before using the device for the first time:

1. Always use the official power adaptor and charging cable only.
   Charging your IQOS device with a laptop may interrupt the charging process.
2. Are you plugging your device into a power outlet? Check the charging cable port in your IQOS ILUMA ONE. If there is any blockage, remove the blockage by gently blowing on the charging port from a distance.
3. Your IQOS ILUMA ONE is ready to be used. Check the user guide for your device.  And enjoy the taste of genuine tobacco delivered in a new way.
