Due to the Act of 9th November 1995 on Protection of Public Health against the Effects of Tobacco Use, remote sales of tobacco products is forbidden in Poland.

Where can I buy tobacco sticks?
Innovative HEETS, FiitT, TEREA and DELIA tobacco products in all variants can be found in our IQOS stores.
We have also made sure that they are available in most local stores close to your home, as well as in many chain stores, m.in. Żabka, Inmedio, Biedronka, LIDL or Dino stores.
You can also find them at petrol stations (including Orlen, Lotos, Circle K, BP).

Why are tobacco sticks shorter than cigarettes?
Tobacco sticks are designed specifically for tobacco heaters.
They have the optimal length, diameter, and shape to fit the dedicated device.
TEREA and DELIA tobacco sticks are dedicated to the latest generation of devices from the IQOS Iluma series.
HEETS tobacco sticks are designed for devices with a heating blade that belongs to the previous generation: IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS 2.4 Plus, IQOS 3 Multi, IQOS ORIGINALS DUO.
Fiit tobacco sticks are dedicated to lil SOLID Ez or lil SOLID 2.0 devices that heat the tobacco stick using heating needle technology.

Why is tobacco sticks taste different from that of the cigarettes?
The taste of tobacco sticks is different from that of cigarettes because in tobacco sticks, the tobacco is heated rather than burned. By heating the tobacco, its true taste is released.
The tobacco sticks are made of a specially selected tobacco blend that delivers the real taste of tobacco.
