What to do when lights on your IQOS ILUMA PRIME Holder or Pocket Charger are glowing red?

What does a flashing light on your IQOS ILUMA PRIME Pocket Charger mean?
- A round light on your Pocket Charger is flashing red? It’s a sign that the Holder battery level is low. Charge your device. It’s also worth to regularly clean the contact points between the Holder and the Pocket Charger.
- A strip light on your Pocket Charger is flashing red? It’s a sign that your device needs to be RESET. How to do that? Place the Holder in the Pocket Charger and press the ON/OFF button for 10 seconds. Hold it down until all lights stop glowing. How to tell whether the RESET has been performed correctly? All the lights will stop glowing and the device will start to vibrate.

Check if there is a magnet in the vicinity of your IQOS ILUMA PRIME. This may affect device calibration and result in the status light flashing red. Never place your IQOS near a magnet while it’s in use.
