What your Complete service includes

1. Aerosol flow test

We test your lil device capability to deliver the aerosol with each puff. We do the test before and after to show you the improvement.

2. Professional cleaning

We'll clean your device, including the heating pin and the cap, remove any tobacco residue to improve the airflow and heating process.

3. Cap replacement

If we discover that your cap has become too dirty during use, we will replace it for free.

Stop by the IQOS store when you're nearby and we'll take care of your device.

The lil SOLID complete service usually does not take more than 30 minutes*.
For optimal condition of the device, we recommend that you come with it for a check-up every 3 - 6 months.

* In case of increased traffic in the IQOS store, we will need more time to take care of your device.
Remember that a sufficiently charged device (about 25% battery charge) will allow us to take care of it faster. If it is not charged, take it easy. We will take care of it and perform a review of lil SOLID.

What is Complete service?

  • Complete service is an always-on complementary professional lil device maintenance service that you can take advantage of at IQOS Store.
  • Complete service is designed to help keep the device in optimum condition to deliver consistent tobacco flavour.

What services are included Complete service for lil?

  • RTD (Resistance to draw) machine test to test for device capability to deliver the aerosol with each puff
  • Cleaning of the device, including the heating pin and the cap, remove any tobacco residue to improve the airflow and heating process for an optimal and satisfying taste experience.
  • If we discover that your cap is too worn, we will replace it for free.

How often can I make use of Complete service?

  • You can use the service as often as you would like. Regularly cleaning and maintaining your lil device helps keep it in optimal condition for longer.
  • For optimal device performance we recommend to use this complementary service every 3 to 6 months.

Am I eligible for Complete service?

Available to all adult IQOS and lil users.

Do I need to pay for Complete service?

No, the service is free of charge.

How long does the Complete service take?

  • It takes no longer than 30 minutes to carry out a full complete service of the device itself.
  • This does not include the waiting time for the service to start, the length of which depends on the traffic in the IQOS Store.
  • In case of increased traffic in the IQOS Store, we will need more time to take care of your device.
  • In order for the IQOS Experts to be able to start the complete service more quickly, it is a good idea to ensure that the device is sufficiently charged (at least 20% battery charge).
  • If the delivered device is completely discharged, the time to complete its inspection may be extended, as the device will need to be recharged before the service can begin.

  • Regular cleaning and maintaining your device will keep it in optimal condition for longer.
    Complete service is a professional complementary service to your regular device care to ensure you have the best possible IQOS/lil experience.

How can I make use of Complete service?

  • You don’t need to book an appointment. Just bring your device to an IQOS store, and our experts
    will perform the service for you.

Is it possible to fix my broken device with Complete service?

  • It depends on what happened to your device. If the issue can be fixed with complex cleaning or a firmware upgrade (applies only to IQOS), then we'll try.
  • In the case of appliances with a valid guarantee or warranty, we will check whether they can be replaced with new ones (if so requested by the consumer)
