What to do when your IQOS ILUMA ONE is not charging?
Are you experiencing issues with your IQOS ILUMA ONE Holder not charging as it should?
Try the following:
- Check the charging cable port in your device. If there is any blockage, remove the blockage. You can do this by gently blowing on the charging port from a distance.
- Connect the device to a power outlet using the official power adaptor and charging cable provided with IQOS ILUMA ONE. Pulsing lights mean that your device is being charged.
If the device’s battery is completely discharged, it may take up to 20 minutes before the light fades in. - Always use the official power adaptor and charging cable only.
Unofficial accessories may interrupt the charging process. - Refrain from charging your IQOS ILUMA ONE with a laptop. This may also interrupt the charging process.
